Return Process

  Carefully place the luxury items in their original S.T. Dupont presentation box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton along with the completed return form.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
